Please watch the video guide or follow the steps below:
Go to 'Feedback' at the top of your dashboard, then select 'Surveys'
Find the Survey you would like to download the data for, then click 'Actions' on the right
Under actions, select 'Download', this will bring up the 'Download data' window
Select which questions you would like to include in the download and click next
Select which filters you would like to include in the download and click next
Choose the date range you would like to download the data for (Note: if you leave the date range blank, it will download all the data for this survey. Useful if the survey has only been run once)
Decide whether you would like to include the action log (any comments that have been added in the Platform)
Decide if you would like to download the data with one row per user or one row per response
