The following document will take you through how to check that invites have been sent correctly. This will show you a list of all users that the invite has been sent to.

Once logged into your platform, on your home screen dashboard scroll down the page to your surveys and find the survey that you wish to see the invites of, then click ‘View Dashboard’ (see below).

On the survey insights dashboard, click the ‘Invite Log’ tab (see below).

Once the ‘Invite Log’ tab is selected, a list of email addresses of users that have been invited to take the survey will be shown. If looking for a specific individual, you can then use the search bar to refine the results further.
