How to create a personalised survey
- To create a new personalised survey, find the Personalised Surveys section on the Home page. Click on the button to ‘Create a personalised survey’.
- Fill out the initial configuration questions by naming your survey and choosing its anonymity.
- Configure your survey by completing the Survey Setup page. For more information on each option, hover over the question mark icon.
- Personalise your survey using the Layout and Appearance page.
- Add other survey languages (see article).
- Specify the Insights and Reporting requirements on that page (see article).
- Add questions to your survey (see article).
- Test your survey (see article).
