• It can be changed using the Survey Builder in Layout/Appearance

Survey information

• This lists the number of survey sections / questions and its anonymity
• This can’t be changed. Why?
• It lets the respondent know what to expect in terms of the number of questions
• This can help set expectations on the amount of time it may take them to complete the survey
• It may also help troubleshoot if the respondent has less questions to answer
• Anonymity is added into this section to ensure a respondent knows and can trust the anonymity (or not anonymity) of their responses 

Privacy notice

• This links off to our default privacy policy which is stored in the Knowledge Hub
• This can’t be changed
• It uses the language that is selected at the beginning of the survey

Colours

• These can be changed using the Survey Builder in Layout/Appearance

Question introductions (where they exist in a PBS)

• These can’t be changed. Why? 
• We don’t recommend changing this because it provides important context to the section, and it is part of the PBS product

Completion message

• By default this says the above.
• It can be changed using the Survey Builder in Layout/Appearance

Completion information

• This can’t be changed. Why?
• It lets you know the survey is finished and to close the tab / window
