Essentially our platform is a collection of sites, so a user exists across sites, thus you have many users - when you swap sometimes the platform can get confused as to which user is logged in to which site, especially if you have multiple customers open in multiple tabs. Incognito can help isolate data and thus reduce the likelihood of this problem occurring.
