How is Survey feedback segmented when having a total of 5 sites involved?

Example context: Gathering customer feedback for 1 shopping centre via a personalised survey with a custom QR code for customers to use to leave their feedback. Customer wants to add more sites. When we move on to add 4 more shopping centres, we have two options:

A) to this personalised survey we can enable our Survey Builder’s feature of self-filtering, which will allow customers using the QR code to select what shopping centre they will be leaving feedback for, making it possible for the data to be segmented / filtered by shopping centre. We would just need to consider a design change to the respondent journey as currently it shows the Ilford logo so we may need to change this to something more generic. Also some of the questions include the name Ilford so if we are using self-filtering then we can remove the individual site names from the names. However having a self filter option at the beginning of the survey may impact responses you get; or

b) to have a different survey and QR code for each site that decides to trial, on the same platform. This will not only segment the feedback but be especially helpful if at any point C&R would like for the survey question to differ from one shopping centre to another. This is the option we would recommend.
