How can we help you today?

What benchmarking do you have? What about for my industry?

We always recommend Internal Benchmarking as the most useful benchmarking for any company.

Internal Benchmarking

  • Every company is individual. Internal benchmarking relates to your data, your employees, your culture, your company situation/maturity
  • Compare yourself across time periods: are your actions making an impact?
  • Compare different groups within your organisation: how are different departments comparing to each other? What about locations?
  • Use this to highlight best practice in the business & celebrate with the relevant teams
  • Use this to understand and dive deeper into lower scores and why that is in certain areas to make improvements

External Benchmarking

External benchmarking also gives great context. It gives a ballpark and sense of where your are, but has to be looked at in the context of - a blend of different companies, at different maturity, with different cultures. This can at times be misleading and if you're above a benchmark, can give the wrong impression that you don’t need to consider it further or if you’re below the benchmark it can feel very disheartening.
