How to improve your Reflective score

If you are experiencing low Reflective scores we recommend looking at the results of the Reflective questions and thinking about how you can boost your scores. For example:

  • Could you provide more training and development opportunities?
  • Are there career progression pathways, if not could you look to introduce them?
  • If people are not feeling challenged in their role, how could you introduce this?
  • To help inspire your people do you need to re-communicate your vision?
  • If the scores are showing a lack of commitment, what could you do to boost this?


The Heatmap within the dashboard will help you identify if there are areas of your organisation that are performing well and if you notice there is a particular department, location, etc that is scoring better than others then what best practice could be shared with under-performing areas?
