Why you should use the Equality of Voice survey
Despite years of talk and the increase in Diversity and Inclusion roles the number of black professionals in leadership roles has increased just 0.1% since 2014.
It's critical for organisations not to "just count", but to measure the emotions and everyday experiences of their people to empower leaders to listen and build the trust required to create a thriving culture for everyone.
