4. Enter a comment that can be clearly identified (if using EV)
Available to THI staff only
1. Navigate to edit the site (Superadmin > Customers > Edit).
2. Navigate to the Vote Deletion tab.
3. The page will ask if you want to delete votes using Email Address or Comment.
4. Depending on the selection, add the required information to be deleted, either one per line or separated by commas.
5. Select the survey to delete from. Select the date range.
6. The page will then calculate and show how many votes will be deleted. (Note: this is the number of survey answers i.e. number of questions, not total responses).
7. You will receive confirmation the votes have been deleted. It also provides the option to deactivate that voter if required.
What happens when a vote is deleted?
When a vote is deleted, it is removed from the votes table (and thus Insights) but is backed up. Therefore it can be restored if a Jira ticket is raised.
What if you need to delete large numbers of votes?
While you are able to bulk delete votes, large numbers of votes (for example 100+ votes) and larger date ranges may take time to complete. In this instance you can raise a Jira Service Request.
