How to improve your Acknowledgement score

If you are experiencing low Acknowledgement scores we recommend looking at the results of the Acknowledgement questions and thinking about how you can boost your scores. For example:

  • Do your people feel recognised as a human?
  • Do they think they are fairly rewarded?
  • Are their achievements recognised?
  • Are they able to contribute new ideas?
  • Are they encouraged to share new ideas?
  • When they do share ideas are they considered and taken seriously?
  • Are they given feedback?
  • Are they encouraged to seek feedback from their colleagues?
  • Does the organisation have a history of giving and receiving honest feedback?


The Heatmap within the dashboard will help you identify if there are areas of your organisation that are performing well and if you notice there is a particular department, location, etc that is scoring better than others then what best practice could be shared with under-performing areas?
