How to improve your Clarity score

If you are experiencing low Clarity scores we recommend looking at the results of the Clarity questions and thinking about how you can boost your scores. For example:

  • Are your people clear on the responsibilities of their role?
  • Do they have clarity on the outcomes expected of them?
  • Is there clarity on how they fit into the organisational structure?
  • Are your people given the right amount of information to get their job done?
  • Do they feel they have the right amount of information to contribute to the success of the wider organisation?
  • Would they say there is transparency in how information flows across teams?
  • Do they feel their role and responsibilities have an impact across the organisation?


The Heatmap within the dashboard will help you identify if there are areas of your organisation that are performing well and if you notice there is a particular department, location, etc that is scoring better than others then what best practice could be shared with under-performing areas?
