If you are experiencing low Freedom scores we recommend looking at the results of the Freedom questions and thinking about how you can boost your scores. For example:
- Are your people feeling like they are treated as humans?
- Do they have the freedom to behave in the way they wish and not conform?
- Can they express themselves without fear of being judged?
- Can they influence their role?
- Do they have the opportunity to explore new ways of working?
- Are they able to contact the wider organisation for support?
The Heatmap within the dashboard will help you identify if there are areas of your organisation that are performing well and if you notice there is a particular department, location, etc that is scoring better than others then what best practice could be shared with under-performing areas?
