How to improve your Personal Growth score

If you are experiencing low Personal Growth scores we recommend looking at the results of the Personal Growth questions and thinking about how you can boost your scores. For example:

  • Do your people receive regular training to develop their skills?
  • Are they given the opportunity to reflect and build self awareness?
  • Do they have the opportunity to experiment and be creative?
  • Are they given the opportunity to gain new experiences and broaden their knowledge?
  • How often are they given additional responsibility?
  • Do they have access to mentoring and coaching?
  • Are they stretched by their role?
  • Do they enjoy their job?


The Heatmap within the dashboard will help you identify if there are areas of your organisation that are performing well and if you notice there is a particular department, location, etc that is scoring better than others then what best practice could be shared with under-performing areas?
