If you are experiencing low Personal Growth scores we recommend looking at the results of the Personal Growth questions and thinking about how you can boost your scores. For example:
- Do your people receive regular training to develop their skills?
- Are they given the opportunity to reflect and build self awareness?
- Do they have the opportunity to experiment and be creative?
- Are they given the opportunity to gain new experiences and broaden their knowledge?
- How often are they given additional responsibility?
- Do they have access to mentoring and coaching?
- Are they stretched by their role?
- Do they enjoy their job?
The Heatmap within the dashboard will help you identify if there are areas of your organisation that are performing well and if you notice there is a particular department, location, etc that is scoring better than others then what best practice could be shared with under-performing areas?
