409 means the profile is deactivated or the link the respondent is using is attached to a deactivated profile. Download the Human data CSV file. Please note: The human data CSV file may include more entries than the Humans screen. Search for the email address of the profile who is seeing the error message and check if their profile is active or inactive. There are occasions when the profile may have two entries listed on the CSV download - one active and one inactive - which can also lead to them seeing a 409 error.
