If you are experiencing low Enablement scores we recommend looking at the results of the Enablement questions and thinking about how you can boost your scores. For example:
- Are your people given clear priorities for their workload?
- Do they feel there is a good balance between instruction and empowerment in your workload?
- Are they given the opportunity to manage the peaks and troughs in their workload?
- Do they feel you have the right staffing levels?
- Do they have access to the tools and equipment they need to be successful?
- Are there appropriate levels of support?
- Is there a collaborative approach to how your organisation works?
- Are your people given the opportunity to engage with other teams?
The Heatmap within the dashboard will help you identify if there are areas of your organisation that are performing well and if you notice there is a particular department, location, etc that is scoring better than others then what best practice could be shared with under-performing areas?
