How to improve your Meaning and Purpose score

If you are experiencing low Meaning and Purpose scores we recommend looking at the results of the Meaning and Purpose questions and thinking about how you can boost your scores. For example:

  • How meaningful do your people feel your vision is?
  • How energised are they by your vision?
  • Do they feel your vision gives them a clear direction?
  • Does your vision give them a purpose?
  • Are they emotionally engaged with the organisation?
  • Do your people feel their skills are needed by your organisation?
  • Do the organisational values match their personal values?
  • Do they feel the organisation’s values align with their personal values?
