How to improve your Relationship score

If you are experiencing low Relationship scores we recommend looking at the results of the Relationship questions and thinking about how you can boost your scores. For example:

  • Do they have strong relationships with the people they work with?
  • Do they have a healthy relationship with their direct manager?
  • Are they given opportunities to strengthen their relationships with people they work with?
  • Are they energised by the relationships they have at work?
  • Is there effective communication with the people they work with?
  • Can they share honest feedback?
  • Are they aligned with the people they work with?


The Heatmap within the dashboard will help you identify if there are areas of your organisation that are performing well and if you notice there is a particular department, location, etc that is scoring better than others then what best practice could be shared with under-performing areas?
