If you are experiencing low Safety scores we recommend looking at the results of the Safety questions and thinking about how you can boost your scores. For example:
- Could you improve the accessibility of the working environment?
- Consider how you could make people feel safer in their environment?
- Does the environment create the right atmosphere for productivity?
- Is there an environment of trust with senior leaders which makes people feel safe?
- Is there an environment of trust between employees and their direct manager?
- Do employees have flexibility in how they deliver their roles?
- Is there an unacceptable level of pressure within the organization?
The Heatmap within the dashboard will help you identify if there are areas of your organisation that are performing well and if you notice there is a particular department, location, etc that is scoring better than others then what best practice could be shared with under-performing areas?
