How to add questions to your survey
- Open the Survey Questions page.
- Add Sections to your survey. Sections will create different pages, and can be configured to include a section comment.
- Add Questions to your survey. Questions can be added in two ways:
- Using the Question Bank which gives you access to all THI Pre-Built Survey questions, complete with tags.
- Creating a new question, which you can tag yourself.
- If relevant, check and complete the translations for all sections and questions.
