When do we suggest copying a survey?
There are a few situations where copying a survey, particularly a Pre-Built Survey (PBS), could be useful:
- If a customer wants to use a PBS but wants to edit it in a way we do not support (changing questions, altering the structure, deleting questions etc.), they can copy it and edit it as a Personalised Survey.
- If a customer wants to run a new Personalised Survey that is similar to a previous one, they can copy it.
Is there any impact of copying a survey?
There are a few impacts if a standard PBS is not used and is copied instead.

- Any survey benchmarking will not work as the questions become unlinked from the PBS questions.
- If a Cultural Assessment is copied, Cultural Assessment specific reports won’t be available.
