How to make your personalised survey available in multiple languages

  1. Survey languages are managed through the Survey Languages page. 
  2. Use the drop down to select a new language you want your survey to be available in. 
  3. After you add a language, it will remain inactive until you activate it. Only activate it after you have completed the translations as active languages are available to respondents.
  4. Use the banner across the top to view your survey in its different languages. You can preview the survey, and it will identify if there are any missing translations in the introduction page, or in the questions. 


How to make your PBS available in multiple languages

  1. Survey languages are managed through the Survey Languages page. 
  2. The list of languages on the page are the languages the survey is currently offered in by THI. Active languages are available for respondents to choose from when completing the survey. 
  3. To add a new language and complete your own translations, select the language from the drop down menu and select add. Complete the translations, and then activate the language. If you don’t see the language you require, contact your CSM or raise a ticket to add the language.


What to be aware of when using a default language that is different to English?

  • The Survey Builder is currently set up to have English as the core language of any survey, but we understand some customers change this default language, which we fully support. When you create the questions in the Survey Builder, any non-English languages are added in the Translations tab. If you are not offering the survey in English, you do not need to complete the English translations on the Configuration tab.
