How to
The process is as follows:
1. A user enters their password wrong five times, and their account is locked. As they try their password, it advises the number of attempts remaining.
2. The user is redirected to a new page that tells them ‘This user is locked’.
3. The user is prompted to reset their password and takes them to a page to enter their email address.
4. The user receives an email with the subject ‘Your Happiness Index Password Reset’ and a link to ‘Click to reset your password’.
5. The user enters their new password and their account is automatically unlocked. They will then be prompted to log back into the platform.
6. The user receives an email telling them their password was changed.
