Understand how your business is currently using The Happiness Index platform and the current programme set up to get the best out of it. A few questions to ask your organisation include:
Relationship with THI:
- Who are your key contacts?
- What are your commercial arrangements?
Strategy:
- Where are you in your Listening Strategy now?
- What are your current expectations vs future goals?
- How would you measure success with THI?
People:
- What are the current roles and responsibilities?
- Who is the project sponsor?
- Who is the project lead?
- Who are the stakeholders?
Surveys:
- What are the current surveys or previously used surveys?
- What feedback are you looking to gain?
- For each survey understand: audience, timing, branding, pre and post launch communication plans, delivery plan, reporting and next steps
