Having an issue accessing your survey? Please try the following remedies.
Please note: Internet Explorer is no longer a supported web browser. Please make sure you are accessing your survey in either Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
Clear your browser cache and cookies by following these steps (specifically applicable to Chrome but similar for the other browsers):
- Open Chrome. At the top right click 'More' (three little dots)
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data
- Choose a time range. To delete everything, select 'All time' (this is preferred if possible)
- Tick 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'
- Click 'Clear data'
- Close your browser and reopen
- Click on the link or paste into your search bar: https://thi.vote/clear-session
- Now try to access your survey again
