Our feedback loop facilitates a two-way anonymous conversation between the organisation and their survey respondents to better understand their feedback and how it can shape your organisational culture.
How does it work?
By closing the feedback loop, employees invite their managers to one-on-one conversations whilst:
- Having complete control: It’s up to the employee to open safe two-way conversations.
- Respecting anonymity: Matching feedback or one-on-one conversations with the employee’s identity is impossible thanks to our rule of anonymity.
- Across all surveys: Closing the feedback loop is a feature that is included in all our pre-built surveys.
Benefits:
- Anonymous: All employee responses are completely anonymous. The only reason their personal email is asked is to offer more flexibility as to where to receive responses from their managers. Feedback can never be associated with personal names or information.
- Employee Centric: Employees decide when to start and finish the conversations. Managers could never force employees to have one-on-one chats.
How is it set up?
In the Survey Builder, ensure the toggle in the Survey Setup is on for any survey you want to have a feedback loop for. It is always on for Employee Voice.
Why should an employee opt to close the feedback loop?
The main benefits of closing the feedback loop from an employee perspective are:
- Efficiency: Sharing honest and in depth feedback enables managers to act on it efficiently making sure the employee is heard at all times.
- 360 feedback: Continuous feedback guarantees not only addressing multiple workplace issues at once but also identifying other related matters by having a flow of bidirectional responses.
- Business impact: The employee participates in the action planning process and has a say in the way their organisational culture is shaped.
